Before founding Talent Physics, I spent more than a decade leading teams in large enterprises and venture-backed startups. Early in my career, I joined a company at the beginning of its end — and watched a great organization come apart from the inside. Not for lack of products or talent. It had both. What broke was the culture. The energy that should have been aimed at the competition turned inward, and the potential had nowhere to go.
I've seen that pattern ever since: companies sitting on far more energy than they use — intelligence, commitment, creativity, all present and going nowhere. Left stranded, the cost compounds quietly, until the best people start looking around.
That shaped how I work. Across 30+ Fortune 500 companies, I've helped leaders turn that stranded energy back outward — at the work, the customer, and the competition.
