The organizational diagnostic produces a Momentum Leadership Index — a range of insights on how effectively leaders across the org are building capability and connection, measured against established norms. The individual leadership assessment evaluates a leader against a defined competency model and, just as usefully, surfaces the gap between how a leader sees themselves and how their team actually experiences them. That gap is often where the real opportunity sits — because a leader can't close a gap they can't see.

We start by measuring — the assessment gives each leader a clear, personal picture and a development focus grounded in data, not impressions.
